ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SERVICES
We provide bookkeeping, fractional controller, and fractional CFO services. The scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or engagement letter.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees are outlined in your engagement agreement. Payment is due per the terms stated therein. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep your financial and business information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice per the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. These Terms of Service survive termination.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
